1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Warp partner platform, including the partner dashboard, shipper portals, and the embeddable quote widget (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Services

The Services let approved partners offer freight quoting and booking to their customers under their own brand, powered by Warp’s carrier network. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of the branding, pricing margins, and customer-facing content they configure. Warp may update, add, or remove features of the Services from time to time.

3. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
